I am a fully qualified counsellor and psychotherapist. Insured and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
For over a decade I have worked with clients that have experienced a variety of difficulties for which they have sought support such as depression, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder. I have extensive experience in working with individuals that are experiencing relationship difficulties such as struggling to come to terms with the end of a relationship, affairs and betrayals, separation and divorce, relationship recovery, fear of change, difficult family dynamics and domestic abuse in all forms including, emotional, physical and sexual. I am the developer and facilitator of a course designed to assist with the discovery of personal identity and promotion of confidence to build the self belief required to make positive life choices.
My approach to individual therapy is integrative, this means that I am able to respect the autonomy of my clients and their unique needs by drawing upon a range of psychotherapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, person centered and humanistic therapies. I offer short term, time limited and long term therapy dependant on your requirements. As I work relationally I do not offer skype or telephone services.
If you feel as though I might be able to help you in some way, please feel free to contact me either by completing the form below, by calling or texting or using the South West Surrey Counselling telephone number. If I am unable to respond immediately, please leave a message and I will return your call from a private number as soon as I am able to do so.
